Shipping & Returns


Due to the personal nature of our products we do not accept returns. Baltic Amber absorbs acids from the skin and also gets skin particles on it which make it considered a health risk and cannot be resold by me if worn.We do however offer a warranty on all jewelry sold. IF within 90 days of your order your jewelry breaks due to manufacturing default we will repair or replace the item(s) free of charge. We only ask you cover the cost to ship the item(s) back to us and the cost of us to return the items back to you (return shipping costs). If it has exceeded 90 days we will gladly repair your jewelry for minimal costs in the repairs listing.

We ship 1st class/1st class international on all items unless they are heavy enough to ship priority. If you prefer faster service (the only thing we have found to be faster is express shipping) please contact us for a shipping quote. Most items shipped domestic are received within 2-3 days. Most international packages are received within 2 weeks.

Insurance is REQUIRED on ALL purchases! This protects YOU from loss or damage! It’s worth the few dollars to protect your small investment.
