Sweet Dreams Bath Salts

Ingredients: Mediterranean Dead Sea Salt, Epsom Salt, Pink Himalayan salt, Chamomile, Lavender, Peppermint, Spearmint, Ashwagandha, Ginko Biloba, Passion flower, Hops, Holy Basil, Dream Herb, Klip Dagga, Lemon Balm, Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils

Directions: Put 1-2 scoops (provided) into the small mesh drawstring bag (provided) and throw into warm or hot bath tub and soak for approximately 15 minutes.

Available in 5oz or 10oz. If you are allergic to Epsom salt I do not recommend you use this product. Use this bath mixture in warm water. Test a small amount in water to make sure you are not allergic. A little bit goes a long way! We reccomend using the drawstring mesh bag we include with every order to hold your mixture so you don’t clog your bathtub.
