Cinnamon Slumber Tea

Description

This tea is created by our friends at Stone Age in Tallahassee.

The blend is the following ingredients:

Cardamom, Cinnamon Chips, Clove, Skullcap, Star Anise, Valerian, Natural Wood Pulp Tea Bags 

This tea is being sold per 1 tea bag OR per 10 tea bags. 

Directions: Boil 12oz or more of water (you base it on how strong you’d like your tea) and then seep your tea bag for 5-10 minutes , again to determine strength. Squeeze out excess tea from closed bag , mix in your favorite sweetener and enjoy hot or add ice to enjoy cold.

 A little bit goes a long way! We recommend using the drawstring bags we put the herbs in to hold your mixture so you don’t have the mixture all in your tea.
